The Kato Entertainment Center is a historic ballroom conveniently
located 1 mile north of downtown Mankato. The beauty of

We specialize in hosting groups from 200 to 1200 for banquets,

Facilities: The Kato has over 20,000 square feet of public

Facility Space: With over 39,750 square feet of banquet/exhibit
space, the staff of professional meeting planners have

The Centennial Student Union is the activity hub of the
university, providing a broad variety of meeting spaces,
exhibition areas and services. Interior walkways link
it with academic buildings and athletic facilities. The
newly expanded Memorial Library, only a few steps away
from the quad, faces out onto the beautiful fountain from
the 1967 New York World's Fair, the social and focal center
of the campus.

Facilities: From an intimate roundtable environment for
ten to a three-sectioned ballroom for 800, the Centennial
Student Union offers a rich variety of space/sizes and

weekdays, arrangements may be made for guest parking in

This high-tech, fiber optic, delivery system presently
links Minnesota State University, Mankato and the following

Owatonna. Phase Two of the system will soon see the addition

Technology Plus of Mankato is a non-profit organization owned by the City of Mankato. This progressive building was designed to provide a dynamic technology-based access center for the Mankato Region. Opened in 1999, the building features large and small conference rooms, lecture rooms, computer-equipped classrooms, tenant-occupied space and a comprehensive Community Access area.
Technology Plus is located just north of the Hwy 22 and Hwy 14 junction, in the Eastwood Industrial Center - the 'technology neighborhood'. The facility is conveniently located near many of Mankato's premier shopping, lodging and dining options. Guest will be welcomed by friendly, helpful staff members interested in making their event a success. Visitors to Technology Plus will find it a great place to hold meetings, conferences, seminars and classes.
Technology Plus offers over 5000 square feet of classroom and conference room space. The complex is ideal for corporate training, renewing certification, updating skills, and general meetings. The technology and professional atmosphere would impress even the toughest critic. Presenters and event attendees can check their e-mail and research the Internet during their breaks at no charge in the Community Access Center.
Technology Plus has two computer classrooms available for training. Each station is equipped with a computer to embrace the hands on experience. Each computer is equipped with the standard Microsoft Office software and connected to high speed Internet (wireless available). All computers can be customized with your software to suit your individual needs. Lecture rooms and classrooms are equipped with projector, overhead projector, screen, speakers, podium, desktop computer, wireless microphone, document camera and SMARTBoard (lecture rooms only) and wireless remote.
