Literary Conferences are hot in Greater Mankato this summer!

Two conferences based on famous books will take place in Greater Mankato this summer. The LauraPalooza conference, which explores the writings of Laura Ingalls Wilder, takes place at MSU from July 12-14, with a special appearance by Alison “Nellie Oleson” Arngrim.  More. The Betsy Tacy Conference features the writings of Maud Hart Lovelace. This event is held July 19-22 at the Verizon Wireless Center. More These conventions are expected to have over $100,000 in economic impact for the community.
