Greater Mankato Leadership Institute Application Materials

To apply for the 2010-11 Greater Mankato Leadership Institute complete the following by June 4, 2010 - deadline extended until June 25.

  1. Send a Signed Leadership Institute Commitment Form filled out by you and your employer to Greater Mankato Growth, 1961 Premier Drive, Suite 100, Mankato, MN 56001 or Fax it to 507.345.4451.
  2. Complete the Application Form below, click "PRINT" to print a copy for yourself and then click "SUBMIT" to submit the form.

(Note: please do not send a resume) (2) LEADERSHIP QUALITIES: In 300 words or less describe the leadership qualities you possess and how you have used them. In addition, describe the leadership skills you wish to strengthen by participating in the program. (3) SUPPORT LETTERS - Include two letters of reference in support of your participation in the Greater Mankato Leadership Institute.
