For 25 years the Greater Leadership Institute has provided the area's only comprehensive leadership training program with a professional, personal and community focus.
The Greater Mankato Leadership Institute is a comprehensive nine-month leadership training program with a professional, personal and community focus use. Each year the curriculum is updated to ensure graduates are well prepared to serve as leaders in their workplace and our community. Beginning with the 2009-10 program, the Emotional Intelligence Index, a leading developmental assessment tool, will be utilized to further enhance leadership potential
