Each year the Hap Halligan Leadership award is presented to a graduate of Leadership Institute of Greater Mankato. The purpose of the Hap Halligan Leadership Award is to recognize and honor an individual whose participation in the Leadership Institute of Greater Mankato program has helped to provide an impetus for outstanding contributions to our community.
