Campus & Community Fair Booth Application

Greater Mankato Growth members and area businesses are invited to participate in the third annual Greater Mankato Campus & Community Fair, on Tuesday August 31, 2010 from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Myers Field House at Minnesota State University, Mankato.  This free event will feature community information, products and services.  Minnesota State University, Mankato will be including this event as part of welcoming students back to campus and expects more than 1,000 students to participate. Meet the new first year and returning students from area colleges and introduce them to the community and your business or organization!

Any business or organization wishing to have booth must fill out the booth application below.

Please note the the following Terms and Conditions apply and your submission of a booth application will serve as an electronic signature to your agreement to abide by these Terms & Conditions :

• Each booth will be 8 x 10 feet. One rectangular 8’ table, plastic table cover and two folding chairs will be provided free of charge.
• If electricity is needed, please specify and bring your own extension cords and power strips.
• Exhibitors may set up on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 between 8:00 – 9:30 a.m.  
• Exhibitor agrees to have all exhibits set up by 9:30 a.m. and completely removed by 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 31, 2010. 
• Greater Mankato Growth and Minnesota State University, Mankato are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items.
• The exhibitor agrees not to operate amplifiers, which would be objectionable and interfere with the overall enjoyment and success of the Campus  & Community Fair.
• The exhibitor agrees not to exhibit any product or service that relates to the use or consumption of alcohol, illicit drugs, tobacco products, and/or adult entertainment. 
• The exhibitor may sample food and/or beverages, provided they are free of charge and they adhere to the Minnesota Department of Health Food Safety standards.

Payment:  Marketing Opportunities form, Fair Agreement and Standard ACCORD Certificate of Liability Insurance MUST be received no later than August 20, 2010.  All businesses that register for the Campus & Community Fair will be billed for their booth regardless of attendance.
