Busiest Greater Mankato Songs on the Lawn of the season

Mankato, MINN (June 21, 2012) – Music from The Rain Kings kept away the clouds for this week’s Greater Mankato Songs on the Lawn. There was a great crowd today and the weather was perfect to enjoy music and great food during the lunch hour. 

Next Thursday, June 28, the Greater Mankato Songs on the Lawn performance will feature The DW3.  The July 12 Songs on the Lawn (a make-up date for the June 7 event cancelled due to weather) will wrap up this year’s Songs on the Lawn events. The Divers will provide music for the July 12 event.

A variety of food will also be sold by area vendors, including: Angie’s Kettle Corn, Buffalo Wild Wings, Culver’s Frozen Custard, Dino’s Gourmet Pizzeria, Hy-Vee, Neighbor’s Italian Bistro, Number 4 American Bar & Kitchen, Olives, Pub 500, Sodexo, Tavern on the Avenue and The Loose Moose Saloon.
